Mercusuar Makmur Internusa was first established in 2012 (under a different name) to provide world-class crew management services to its Principals and Seafarers. Under the new name Mercusuar Makmur Internusa Manning Indonesia. the company began operations in 2016 in new modern offices, with the mission to source highly-skilled Indonesian crew to a diversified fleet of dry bulk, tanker and container vessels. As of today, Mercusuar Makmur Internusa has provided crew management services to over 100 vessels, and has served a crew pool of over 2,500 competent seamen providing crew management services to both bulk carriers tankers and containers. Our office team constantly strives to build on the acquired knowledge and capabilities, thus allowing Mercusuar Makmur Internusa to provide a seamless service to its Principals.

Apart from working with leading shipowning companies, PT. Mercusuar Makmur Internusa is dedicated to recruiting, selecting, training and developing seafarers, and fostering positive crew relations. We believe in specialist training, hence we provide customized training consistent with our Principals delivered by a dedicated training department in our in-house training room and CBT room. We currently operate a fleet of approximately 112 (dry and wet) vessels.
